Bro. Randy Harmon began his service at First Baptist Church of Dunlap on March 2, 2008. Randy comes to Dunlap FBC from Double Springs Baptist Church in Athens, Tennessee. Randy earned his BA in Religion and Psychology from Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee in 1984. He is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Forth Worth, Texas where he earned his Master of Divinity in Biblical languages. He returned to Cleveland, Tennessee where he worked as a home health social worker while serving Double Springs Baptist Church as a bi-vocational pastor for 5 years before assuming the full time pastorate. Randy has been married to Kim Jordan Harmon since 1986 and they have two daughters, Taylor, a student at UTC, and Bailey, a student at Tennessee Wesleyan College.
